Bloom Products are intended to support and enhance business operations, including customer evaluation, underwriting, and decisioning workflows. They function as analytics tools that provide informational inputs and are not standalone decision-making systems.
Role in Underwriting and Decisioning Processes
Bloom Products are designed to support and enhance customer evaluation, underwriting, and decisioning workflows through data-driven insights.
Bloom Products:
- Provide signals, patterns, and insights that may inform underwriting and decisioning processes
- May be used to support prioritization, segmentation, and workflow management
- Are intended to complement, not replace, a user’s existing credit, underwriting, or business processes
Bloom Products do not:
- Make final credit decisions or underwriting determinations
- Approve or decline applications
- Control or direct a user’s decision-making processes
- All credit, underwriting, and lending decisions remain the sole responsibility of the applicable user, exercised in accordance with its own policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
Nature of Outputs
Outputs generated by Bloom Products:
- Reflect correlations, patterns, and statistical relationships observed in historical data
- Are not intended to determine individual outcomes or serve as the sole basis for decisions
- Do not constitute a guarantee, forecast, or assurance of any result, including approval, funding, conversion, or repayment performance
- Should be interpreted as informational inputs within a broader analytical and operational context
Appropriate Use
Bloom Products are designed to support:
- Workflow prioritization and operational efficiency
- Identification of patterns and trends across populations
- Business analytics and performance insights
Bloom Products should be used:
- As one of multiple inputs within a broader decision-making framework
- In conjunction with independent review, policies, and controls established by the user

Bloom Products should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any credit, underwriting, or lending decision.

- Ensuring that their use of Bloom Products aligns with fair lending principles and applicable regulatory expectations
- Applying appropriate model governance, validation, and monitoring practices where required
- Avoiding reliance on Bloom Products in a manner that would effectively substitute for independent underwriting or decision-making
Data and Model Limitations
Bloom Products rely on historical data and statistical modeling techniques. As a result:
- Outputs may be affected by data quality, completeness, and representativeness
- Historical patterns may not reflect future conditions or outcomes
- Analytical insights may not incorporate all factors relevant to a particular decision
- No representation or warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs for any specific purpose.
No Consumer Reporting Agency Status
Bloom Analytics is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Bloom Products do not assemble or evaluate consumer information for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Use of Bloom Products does not guarantee any specific business or credit outcomes, including approval rates, conversion rates, funding levels, repayment performance, or portfolio results.
All outcomes depend on the user’s independent decisions, processes, and external factors.
